At Easter vigil, about 10 p.m., I was made official. I did not recieve a sword.

Feeling much better today. I moved to 2 mg a day of Chantix yesterday. That has really helped. Playing some Rock Band and getting ready to watch the Superbowl. It's good to stay busy.

Becoming a Catholic: Week 18

This week we talked about marriage and holy orders. This completes the 7 sacraments. Our speaker was Deacon George. He told us about his life, which covers marriage and becoming a Deacon. Maybe I could be a Deacon someday. That sounds like it would be fun.

Life is based around doing stuff. You do stuff for awhile and then you die. Smoking is one of those things that I did for awhile. It was a good 10 years of smoking. Today I realized that I shouldn't look at this as quitting smoking, more like doing something different. Does that make sense?
